The Furtu Faya Project is an initiative organized by the Jara & Jiru Foundation in collaboration with Project C.U.R.E. Its main objective is to provide much-needed medical equipment to 6 health facilities in Oromia, Ethiopia by sending five 40-foot containers overseas. Each container holds essential medical equipment worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
To accomplish this mission, the project is currently raising funds to cover the shipping costs of containers, which are scheduled to be sent in 2025-2026. The shipping expenses are a significant aspect of the project, and the funds raised will ensure the safe transportation of the medical equipment to Ethiopia.
